NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    First off, your demo site is down.

    The reason I looked, pretty obviously, is because I’m scoping out Marketplace plugins and when I saw your refund policy I figured the only thing to do was check the demo; but hey, it’s bust.

    Don’t fancy your refund policy much. Not even a 7-day, never mind the standard 30-day. Very strange; suggests to me that your not very confident of your own system.

    The demo site is back up- we had an issue with a spammer yesterday and we had to take some security measures to remove the offending user and their posts.
    I’ll be glad to assist you with any questions you may have about our products.
