Hello Damian,
There are many features added to Pro- the most noticeable would be:
– Front End Pro dashboard for store, products, orders and coupon management: the vendors are able to completely manage their stores, order, products, coupons.. everything.. from the front-end. They never need to access wp admin.
– For Pro we have the Vendor Shipping module, which allows vendors to set their own rates using flat rate (a national and international rate) or country table rates (rates for countries that they ship to). This also has maximum, minimum, free over $x amount and other options. Using the Vendor Shipping, the shipping for the product is then allocated to the vendor with their commission.
– order details pages for vendors are far more detailed than in WC Vendors free
– Pro also has a vendor ratings / feedback system- separate from the WooCommerce product ratings. This allows each vendor to have a star rating base on their products and shop.
– For commissions, in Pro admin can choose to have percentage, percentage + fee, fixed fee, and even fixed fee + fee.
– Vendors can create their own coupons for their store and products
– From the dashboard, vendors can add a store banner and a store icon (like an avatar)
– social media icons and fields for vendors
– vendors can send order notes to customers
– customizable templates
– also, you are able to use the current and future plugin integration that we build for use with Pro (WC Vendors Bookings integration for use with WooCommerce Bookings, etc.).

There is more– but those are the major features that I can gather off the top of my head. 🙂
