Is it possible to disable the ordernote email when a vendor has marked order as shipped?
It feels unprofessional that the customer receives an email that there has been an ordernote, and then directly after a new one that the order has been marked as shipped. 🙂@ben Yeah, but then the customer won’t get any ordernotes. I simply want to disable the ordernote ONLY when order is marked as shipped. 🙂
You’d have to remove the filter we use to hook into the email, and add your own filter, with your own function for that….. Can be done, just not exactly a simple copy and paste or checkbox fix. 🙂
