    Hi,
    I don’t want users access to free vendor dashboard page via link or address. I tried to delete the free vendors page and plugin stopped working so I set those pages as Draft, and it seems working now. Would it be a problem? or do you have a solution for that?

    @canyasa
    You do need to have the free dashboard still configured and working.
    Remove all links in menus, etc. on your site to the free dashboard.
    Now name it something very weird (keep the shortcode on it- just change the URL to something new and strange, like yoursite.com/haidmsbjk76 )

    Anna,

    I tried to hide the dashboard. It is working fine! however, for the dashboard pro, i’m facing an issue.

    When i register as a new vendor, and i checked the box which sends my application to the admin to view and then approve. Before the admin even give his/her approval, I am still able to view the vendor application as vendor!

    Also, when a new vendor register and checked the box “apply as a vendor” I used to received an email in the free dashboard, but not the new one.

    Anyone support is well appreciated.

    Hello,

    Before the admin even give his/her approval, I am still able to view the vendor application as vendor!

    Did you mean to say that you can view the pro dashboard? If so, then check that you have these permissions checked: wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > general: Approve vendor applications manually

    Also try resetting the WC Vendors Roles… wp admin > woocommerce > system status > tools… RESET WC VENDORS ROLES. Save.

    Also, when a new vendor register and checked the box “apply as a vendor” I used to received an email in the free dashboard, but not the new one.

    Please go through our email debugging steps to see if any of these processes helps with the email issue:
