NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

One of our vendors had a shop description, which strangely vanished.
Another vendor’s shipping rates disappeared too.
Any idea why this would happen?

No- I do not know why that would happen.
The only other time I have seen something like this happen was when the theme being used had overridden some of our templates, but they were not kept up to date. Then when we made changes to the store-settings.php template, the fields would not save if the old templates were being used.
I see that Marketica does override our templates, but the ones that are out of date shouldn’t affect the store description and the shipping…. check with then that this template is indeed up to date, as we did change it a few versions back. The authors of this theme need to keep up with our template updates, since they are overriding them.
