NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi Lucky,

    You can read this article: https://www.wcvendors.com/knowledgebase/removing-sold-by-on-your-site/ — and once you remove the sold by hook, you can add it back in to your themes template files anywhere you like or hook it into another action.

    I ll work on them . One more request i have is i am getting errors for page not found on the dashboard pages such as products/ settings . I want to be able to access them

    2. I want to add a conditional login and redirect user to their dashboard if he or she is vendor

    Please help me out. Help appreciated

    I already added this to my functions.php

    Seems not to be working

    /* Remove sold by in product loops */
    remove_action( ‘woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item’, array(‘WCV_Vendor_Shop’, ‘template_loop_sold_by’), 9, 2);

    Once i remove how can i add it back i mean can you guide me with the hooks and code 🙂 Please

    Edit your Pro Dashboard page, and don’t make it a child page of the My Account page. Then, save your permalinks (wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks, scroll to bottom, click save/update).

    Let me know how that goes. Since you’re an auction based website, we’ll be following your development closely to see how all of it integrates with Pro. What auction plugin are you using?

    Hi, Thanks for that now its working . How can i hide fields from product edit page I already checked these settings but does not seem to work and also does not seem to work with Auction type product.. PLEASE HELP ME OUT PLEASE.
