NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello,

    I will ask if all my vendors need a stripe account to get their paymenst?
    Or if all vendors use mine Stripe account ?

    Hello,

    The stripe connector is so that you can pay your vendors via stripe, so yes they will need a stripe account if you want to pay them via stripe.

    If your vendors have not connected their Stripe account, they just will not receive instant commission payments. It is optional to connect, and if they do not, you, the admin, will receive all of the money for each order and then have to pay your vendors manually in any way you see fit.
