Does Pro Version have “Shipping Management through Per Product Shipping” like the free version.
I will have multiple vendors that I do not want them to be able to add products themselves and when some one orders one of the vednor products, I need them to be alerted and sent a shipping label. is that what this does?

I am not sure what you mean by “Shipping Management through Per Product Shipping”.
In WC Vendors Pro we have a Vendor Shipping module in which your vendors can set their own shipping rates. However, in neither free nor Pro do we have anything configured or built in which sends a shipping label.
The vendor is notified of a sale via email in both free and Pro.Here is some more description about what I am looking for with the cart.
The cart needs to be like an Amazon cart. A multivendor cart. Order comes in as one order. Woo splits order per vendor, emails shipping label to each vendor, calculates separate commission for each vendors sales and sends out automatic sales payments to vendors bimonthly.
It has been suggested by others I have talked to to have separate vendor accounts so they can plug in their own tracking info once shipped, log product info, have full access to the back end of their site. But I don’t want full access. I would like them to be able to also load product info and images but I don’t want it to direct load to the front end. I would like it to stay in draft form until we proof it so we can keep control of the look of the site. But them being able to help load info would be wonderful for us.
This plug in offers some of this but it’s more like Etsy where the vendor has complete control

With WC Vendors Pro, you can certainly limit what the vendor(s) have access to if you do not wish for them to have full control of the stores and view all functions.
You can set the permissions so that they can submit a product for review, but it will stay in draft status unless and until admin approval– yes.A multivendor cart. Order come in as one order. – order come in as one order: yes- essentially. WooCommerce considers it one order. WC Vendors splits the commissions and “orders” among any vendors in the WooCommerce order. As admin you can view the order as one order (wp admin > woocommerce > orders). Vendors will only see their products.. their part of the order. E Mails will go to the admin, the customer and the respective vendors. Admin and customer sees all products in the order in the emails following the sale. Vendors will only see THEIR product(s) in the email following a sale.

– Send out automatic sales payments to vendors bimonthly. : yes– *if* you make sure that paypal will also approve you for mass pay. PayPal Adaptive (included– you just need to apply for paypal adaptive payments with paypal) plus mass pay will allow you to set scheduled payments to vendors.
