I was wondering whether there was any legitimacy to there comparisons? Are there features lacking in WC Vendor Pro when compared to Dokan?
I am hoping to purchase WC Vendor Pro by the weeks end so would love some info 🙂

JawadThat was very nice of Dokan to tell all of their customers about it. We highly appreciate it and todays sales indicate that a lot of their buyers who read that email were quite happy to switch to Pro. Thanks, weDevs! 🙂
Dokan/weDevs has never purchased WC Vendors Pro. They are making all of their claims based on screenshots. The only thing factual in that link is that we do not support variable products on the front end yet. That’s all. Nothing else in there is remotely true or accurate. We’re used on over 10,000 sites now. They are used on 500. Their attempt at marketing there is nothing more than a “oh shit we need to keep sales what do we do?” message. Irony at its finest. 🙂

I tried them first, they basically take your money and run!
I am £100 down, they don’t respond, take holidays and leave office for days at a time and are generally very unpleasant.I threatened them with trading standards as I believe their sale blurb to be misleading but of course they are protected by being out of the country.
Ben and Jamie are very helpful and responsive, which is key to customer service. There are issues that I need resolving but I know I will be kept up to date all the time and be treated in an efficient friendly manner.
Not sitting on the fence here 🙂
My favorite part in that article is how they call our pricing model “lucrative” and then admit that their plugin is 50% higher in prices — but you can occasionally get a discount code which still makes it more expensive. Funny stuff. 🙂
