NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I looked for another way to contact you directly but don’t see any other way except through the help forums, even after spending $200, strange.

    Anyways, my client purchased WC Vendors Pro and the Stripe plugin. When I logged in with my client’s credentials and looked at the order history it is showing 2 separate purchases for the ‘Stripe’ plugin. Could you please verify this and let us know how to get reimbursed for the 2nd purchase. Or again how can we contact you without going through the forums?



    I will check on this for you and see if we can refund one of the transactions, yes.
