    Hola anna,

You can help me with the configuration of paypal adaptive payment since I was seeing the guide that is on this page but it does not work for me, please, if you have an updated guide or you can explain it to me it would be very useful.

I would also like to know if wcvendors comes with an affordable repayment system for sellers from the front end ?. If so, you can give me a guide to configure it

and finally I saw that in the configurations there is an option to hide categories to the sellers then what I would like is to know how to create a “role” that has the same functions the “seller” role created by wcvendors but that you have restrictions to publish in certain categories, This way the 2 roles that I look for would remain.

I hope you help me thank you very much.

Annex photo of the configurations section that I refer to.

    Hello,

ou can help me with the configuration of paypal adaptive payment

I can try– what are you not understanding> What have you done so far? Have you opened a PayPal business account and applied for the Adaptive Payments?

I would also like to know if wcvendors comes with an affordable repayment system for sellers from the front end ?

If you mean refunds— no- this is handled through the payment processor. As admin, you can mark any refunds as reversed commission in wp admin > woocommerce > commission

For your third question involving the vendor roles and hiding categories from a specific one- I’d recommend you get a quote from a dev at codeable.io for this custom work, as it is more extensive than you would think for simply hiding categories for this new :vendor: role.
I suggested Paid Memberships Pro in the other topic thread you had opened about this question, because this plugin creates a level rather than a new role, and you may find that editing access to certain areas of the site, including categories, is more easily done with less modifications to your code if you limit the levels rather than the actual vendor role.

    Ana Thanks for your answer.

As for the paypal it is possible that you can guide me to create a appropriate api today and that the guides here are not update as it is paypal nowadays and also if with paypal adaptive payment Still Periodic payments work or just work with instant payments.

In what other new role with restrictions to publish in certain product categories, where I have to send that query in order to get support?

Finally you can tell me if your stripe add-on can make use of periodic payments?.

    Esteban,
This comes directly form the paypal adaptive payments information page:

    How to get started

1 Check your account status. Log into PayPal. Click the Profile icon at the top right, and then select Profile and settings from the Business Profile menu. (If you do not see the profile icon at the top of the page, select Profile which appears in the top menu when the My Account tab is selected.) In the left menu, click My settings to confirm that your Account Type is either Premier or Business, or upgrade your account.

2 Check your API settings. Log into PayPal and access your profile as described in the preceding step. In the left menu, click My selling tools. In the Selling online section, click Update next to API access to verify your API access. Click the appropriate link to set up your API signature or certificate.

3 Test your integration using the PayPal Sandbox, as described in PayPal Sandbox Testing Guide. All Adaptive API calls in the Sandbox must have the following standard value as the App ID: APP-80W284485P519543T

4 To go live with your application, follow the submission steps outlined in Going Live with Your Application. When you submit your application to PayPal for review, the application is quickly scanned for the requests to PayPal operations. If no advanced operations are found, PayPal issues an App ID for the production servers at the time you submit the application.

and this is our guide- though the screens in paypal may look different, it should be nearly the same process. Be sure to choose PARALLEL payments.

To be able to use the Scheduled payments, you need to be sure that Masspay is available in your country. Some users have not been able to get Masspay form paypal, so they just use the instant payments (PayPal Adaptive Only). Scheduled payments use PayPal Adaptive Payments + PayPal MassPay.

Stripe is Instant payments only- no option at this time for scheduled payments.

For restriction of categories, you may want to look into the plugin Groups and WooCommerce Groups. But I;d also advise you speak with a dev at codeable.io https://codeable.io to assist you with the category restrictions for listing products.
