Hi,

I keep getting the message below:

“Download permission for wc-vendors-pro has been revoked possibly due to a license key or subscription expiring. You can reactivate or purchase a license key from your account dashboard.”

I received this message before and have already reactivated once and I am getting it two days later again.

I bought the Pro Version less than a month ago.

Can you please help.

It looks like a new vesion of Pro is out. I will install the new vesion. Hopefully, the message will disappear forever!

Hi Ben,

Here is the error message I get with the new version:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home3/cking/public_html/ckingbuynsell/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors-pro/includes/class-wcvendors-pro-activator.php on line 258

I am going to login to my account on the hosting server and delete the entire folder for the Pro version and try it again.

Please help.

Hi Ben,

I have the latest WordPress: 4.4.1. According to the message on my dashboard.

I checked my web hosting company’s server setting and they are deploying PHP 5.4

Please bear mind:
1) This error is generated only with the new version of WC Vendors Pro (1.2).
2) I didn’t have this error with the previous generations
3) I deleted WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro and installed both again but I still get this error.
4) I don’t get this or any other error with WooCommerce or any other Plugin on my side.

I assume this is something has to do with 1.2 version of WC Vendors Pro.

Please help.

Yup, it’s most likely a bug in v1.2.0. We dont have this issue on our development servers at all, but we have 3 customers reporting the issue. For now, use Pro v1.1.5 until you see v1.2.1 released tonight. If you dont have the backup for your old version of Pro, send me an email (ben@wcvendors.com) with your Pro Order # and I’ll reply with the v1.1.5 zip for you.

I removed Version 2.0 and installed 1.5.

It works fine and I have activated it.

I am happy to stay with 1.5 if I you could help me get rid of this message I get:

“Download permission for wc-vendors-pro has been revoked possibly due to a license key or subscription expiring. You can reactivate or purchase a license key from your account dashboard.”

It shows activated but after a few minutes this message shows up on my wordpress dashboard.

Hi Ben,

I am ok with forgetting that error message but the issue is, it seems to me, that the features offered with Pro are not available to me.

For example: under WooCommerce –> WC Vendors –> commissions, there must be in the Pro Version a field for “commission fee” but this does not be there.
This is what I see in your knowledge base for Pro. Here is the link to the section I am talking about. (https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/wc-vendors-pro-setup-guide/)

Hi Ben,

Thanks for releasing the new version.

Just to make sure I update it correctly:

1) deactivate, delete the currently installed version (1.1.5) and upload, install and activate the new version (1.2.1)?

OR

2) just upload the 1.2.1 version and install it without removing the currently installed version (1.1.5)?

Hi Ben,

I got a fatal error when updating the plugin, when I tried to come back to the previous version, the activation setting was not there anymore. It is impossible to activate it on the site, is it possible to de-activate my licence from your woocommerce setting, because I can’t from the plugin?

It’s been a year, @rano864, your support and license are expired. For new versions of Pro & continued support — you’ll want to re-purchase your license again and update your key.

BTW — We have a new version of Simple Auctions done. It’s on GitHub. Get it now before I do and make it into a paid plugin before next week begins. 🙂 It’ll be $19 after Monday. The new version has the dates & times for the auctions added.
