    I’m not even sure what you’re asking about. 🙂 Clarify? Screenshots? I’m sure you tried a different theme (Storefront) and tested first of course, right? 🙂

    Not really, I am running virtue premium theme, let me explain the issue.
    the menu I am talking about is my home page primary menu and it has some submenu/drop down menu which appears on hover over. now when I am at vendor dashboard page “mydomain.com/dashboard” the drop down menu doesn’t work and when I navigate to any other page the menu works fine, I have tested all pages and navigation but the issue is with dashboard page only. hope I explained ?

    Thanks.

    That makes sense. It would be an issue with the theme, not an issue with the plugin. Contact theme author for support.

    I beg to differ here as the menu is just working as expected if I disable dashboard/wcvendor, though I am not a coding expert but this behavior making me think obvious.
    I googled and found few other post you answered regarding probably the same issue but I could not get it so thought to mention it here, if you can guide something that will be helpful. Thanks and appreciate your help.

    You can beg to differ, but that wont help much. 🙂 What would help, is if the theme author didnt do different things with their menus on some pages but not others. Likely, a coding issue in the theme or the menu software your site is using. 🙂 If it works with Storefront, and all other themes, except the theme you are using, then……….

    just want to give you one info if that can click, actually when I reduce the site resolution (theme option > misc setting > Limit Max Page width) the menu working fine. is this something related to settings/layout ? or it just a mystery 🙂 I am also in touch with theme author but they are not really much help so I m pushing my self to fix it.

    thanks.

    I’m having the same problem with the Divi theme. On all pages except Pro-Dashboard, the dropdown menus work fine. Did you find what was causing the issue? I have a ticket in to the Divi developers, but no answer yet and I’m trying to get the site launched.

    It was a theme issue and theme author provided a fix that worked for me is given below. if you are using a different theme then you have to check with author.

    #nav-main {
    overflow: visible;
    }
    #nav-second {
    overflow: visible;
    }

    Got the same issue with DIVI and WC Pro. The solution above doesn’t work…

    I would highly recommend you do NOT use DIVI theme with WC Vendors & Pro.

    The DIVI authors disable core html functionality – it’s bazaar- and this causes numerous issues with WC Vendors Pro, as well as any other front end code which tries to use basic html functionality.

    The theme has proven to be a huge headache for users of WC Vendors.
