NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello,
    Just recently updated to the newest version of VC Vendors Pro. When I go to duplicate a product now, I get a fatal error:

    I did a search & saw someone else post about a 500 error with duplicating products, not sure if it has any relevance to this. But I didn’t have any errors prior to updating.

    Hello,
    Are you running Pro v1.4.1?
    We released an update a few days ago which had a fix for the duplicate issue.

    • WooCommerce 3.0.5
    • WC Vendors 1.9.11
    • WC Vendors Pro 1.3.7

    I have the same fatal error…however I’m not able to update my plugin to fix this issue. When I had tempted to update the pro version I had to deactivate it…I’m able to get the WC Vendors Pro 1.3.7 to now work but the license keeps coming up with an error when trying to save it. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Hello,
    First, you must update your Pro version- then try and enter the license.
    The new license will only activate with Pro v1.3.8++
    Also, be sure you have also updated WC Vendors (free) and WooCommerce to the latest versions when you update WC Vendors Pro to our new version. 1.3.7 is not compatible with WooCommerce 3++
