NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi there!

    First of all.. awesome plugin! Wel built, very happy to work with.

    We encountered an issue when a Vendor edits a product. The Save changes button and Save as a concept button are not functioning. Nothing happens when clicked.

    Also.. The duplicate product action brings us to a white screen. Also from the Vendor dashboard.

    WP and all plugins are up-to-date. We switched off all plugins, except Woocommerce, WC-vendors Pro and Free.

    Is it because of SSL?

    Please update to WC Vendors Pro version 1.4.2. The version you are using now- 1.3.7 – is not compatible with the new WooCommerce 3.0+ that was released in early April. Updating should resolve these issues.
