NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    vendor Email Notifications not working, like admin approval vendors and pending products approval there is no email notifications for vendors.
    How to salve this problem

    Hi Suri,

    Of course the first thing to check is to make sure you have that email enabled. It is enabled by default. Second thing, and the thing that *always* solves this problem, is the email you are sending FROM. Usually people put in a gmail or a yahoo email and that’s no good. It should be email @ yourdomain.com. If it isn’t, then the emails will usually be seen as uanuthenticated and spammed/trashed by mail clients.

    I am having the same problem. I have double checked and both items you mentioned above are correct for me. any ideas?

    I found it to be necessary to have the POSTMAN SMTP plugin on my website to get the emails going through correctly. I use Google Apps for my site email, and though it is a .com email, it still would not always work correctly. Postman helped this issue.

    before 1year working good i renew my account after problem start.

    Installing wc vendor pro plugin after this error showing,
    Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache Server at mall.center Port 443
