NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    So I’m having a bit of trouble with the emails.

    1. As it is now, the vendor sees commision without tax and shipping(in dashboard). In the admin panel, I can see the commision without tax but with shipping, and with the tax in a seperate column. However, in the email that the vendor gets(when an order is made), the commision is based on the commision percent for the product and then included is tax for 100% of the product, and by some reason, the shipping without taxes..
    The dashboard and admin panel is fine, but the email that the vendors receives needs a fix. Is there some way to solve this?

    2. When a vendor applies to become a vendor, he/she receivs one email that an account has been made and then antoher two emails that her/his application is currently pending. Is it possible to at least only send two?

    1.) Shipping and tax should be on their own lines in the Vendor Email receipt. Screenshot of the problem?

    2.) Nope, that’s WordPress & WooCommerce sending em.

    Interesting. I’ll have @digitalchild take a peek at that. There’s no “quick fix” for this, it’ll need to be hard coded and updated. Ticket #191

    Hi @ben, was there ever an update for this problem? My vendors are still getting wrong commission in their emails. 🙂

    Not yet, no, however I assigned the ticket to Milestone v1.2.0 just now so look for it soon. 🙂

    @ben “Give vendors any tax collected per-product” is unchecked.:)

    Well if it’s unchecked, it’s excluded from wasting space in the email. 😉
