NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello,

    Please can you advice how I can make my vendors receive exactly the same customer order receipt emails – the only difference should be the subject and the intro message – however the table containing the order should be exactly the same. Screenshots of both emails attached.

    Kindly note that each seller’s product should also be separated as the current notify vendor perfectly does.

    You can modify email templates by finding the appropriate template here:
    wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors/templates/emails/vendor-new-order.php (or whichever template you are editing)
    and moving the template to here: wp-content/your-theme-or-child-theme/woocommerce/vendor-new-order.php

    For adding in any additional information to the emails that is not there, you’d have to make your own functions and use the hooks built into the email templates to place the function within the email.

    Hi, please let me explain clearly:

    I am planning on using a plugin Rewards for woocommerce. This plugin allows buyers to apply earned points (to be redeemed as cash) to their cart totals. Now the total product price will be reduced by the discount applied as such. This new total is shown in the admin and buyer email BUT not the vendor email – clearly the plugin is not wc vendors compatible.

    I’ll need how i can approach this, i just need the same product total woocommerce sends to admin to show in new order vendor notify emails.
