NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

Hello WC Vendors team!
Without reason my license pro was deactivated. I try to reactivated without success. I attached screenshot with error.
The page said:
“The WC Vendors Pro license key has not been activated, so you will be unable to get automatic updates or support! Click here to activate your support and updates license key.
Please Note: If your license is active on another website you will need to deactivate this in your wcvendors.com my downloads page before being able to activate it on this site. IMPORTANT: If this is a development or a staging site dont activate your license. Your license should ONLY be activated on the LIVE WEBSITE you use Pro on.”But my wc vendors account says that the license is activated in the correct website.
Could you help me please?
