    Hi Kobi,

That’s a new one, havent seen this reported at all before. Could you provide:

1.) Screenshot of what you see

    2.) Your site URL

    3.) Admin Username/pass

    4.) Vendor username/pass

….and set it as a private reply? I’ll hop on and check it out.

    Hi Ben,

I am still in development mode (we have no actual clients yet)
I just erased orders and marked commissions as “reversed”

I noticed that there were more errors on the page…

    could this be the cause?

    best,

    Kobi

Aah yea, those are just warnings. Is your wp-debug on? If yes, you can ignore them for now. I’ll have Jamie get those taken care of in the next release.

    Hey Ben,

    i’m still a wordpress enthusiastic amateur…(grin!)
i looked up wp-debug…not sure how to turn it on or off…also not sure how to tell you it’s status…

https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG is the owners manual for debug mode. But dont worry about it. I’ll have Jamie take a look at it pronto. 🙂

    Hello,

Yes deleting the orders that are linked to the commission table will break lots of things as we currently rely on the commission table and linked order data. I can put in checks to see if the order exists before running the loop but atm it would be better to just clean out both the orders table and the commissions table when in debugging/testing mode.

In real world situations I didn’t expect people to delete orders as I had assumed that order information was important to running a shop for accounting reasons.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Hello,

The easiest way would be to delete everything in the commissions table via mysql as we currently don’t support completely deleting commissions, yet.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Hi Jamie & Ben…

well everyone has their first time!
i rolled up my sleeves, put on my mining helmet and dove behind the scenes…
cleared out the table as you said…error messages are now gone…
    I won’t delete any more orders…promise!!

    thanks again,

    Kobi

I have found the very same errors in my error log yesterday … don’t think I deleted any orders however.
