    Hello WC Vendors Team,

    I don’t know if you have encountered this problem before.
    I’m using Flatsome theme with WC Vendors Pro.
    When I try to upload image(s) on the front end’s Add Product page,
    I get the error: “An error occurred in the upload, Please try again later.”
    Please see the attached screenshot for your reference.
    I tried this for all the mac browsers and with different users, the result
    is the same.

    Do you think someone could help me figure out this problem?

    All the best,
    DNVR

    The error you are showing is a WordPress error, and is thrown by WordPress. WC Vendors does not control that window at all, we just tell your theme to pop it up so you can use it.

    https://www.wcvendors.com/help/topic/read-before-requesting-support/ give that a run through to see if you can debug what is throwing it off.

    Cheers

    Ben, this is the same issue I am having. I have disabled every single plugin and also changed themes and still get the issue. It appears to be logging the person out. My site is effectively DOA right now. Not sure what else to do. As mentioned, I am able to load pictures easily from the backend.

    Hi Glenn,

    I’ve heard one member who figured it out, they were not logged in properly when they showed this error. Could you logout, and then login, and then immediately try the uploader?

    Hello Ben,

    We tried everything we can to debug the issue. But no luck yet.
    Anyway, I see that there are some members who also have the same problem.
    I hope that you could update me if you find any solution to the problem.

    All the best,
    DNVR

    We will update the plugins if we find anything that needs to be resolved. Most likely it’s database issue, or a webhosting issue, though, and there’s nothing we can do to help those. 🙁

    DNVR, after you close the media uploader, is it logging the user out? Are you able to use the media uploader in the backend? This is a bit concerning.

    Thanks ben, I hope we can find a solution soon since I can’t open the site without front end image submission.

    @glenngsxr

    Now that you asked, come to think of it. Normal users can’t go to the backend.
    When vendors click the backend dashboard, the site redirects them to the front end vendor dashboard page.
    Admins can upload pictures at the backend “add product” page.

    About logging the user out, no, I don’t think it’s logging the user out.

    @ben, with some help from some peeps in the woocommerce advanced group, we were able to find the issue on my page. I only had parts of my website under SLL and it was causing some issues with the user profiles. After some minor changes to make the full site SSL, the problem was solved.

    @dnvr
    , I would check your site out and see if this works.

    I will work on getting details from the person that helped me and try to repost here.

    Thanks Glenn. So by changing everything to force the SSL to be present, all is well! Good to know. WordPress does treat users differently on http vs https, so if the media library was not being loaded with https then it would see it as an unauthenticated user and appear to be logged out. What was your solution, did you use a plugin or just fix it with .htaccess files?
