NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    I trying to upload an image through following method

    http://www.xxxxx.com/vendor_dashboard/product/edit/
    I getting this below message.

    Sorry, you are not allowed to attach files to this post.

    But if I try to upload from wp-admin, I can able to upload an image

    http://www.xxxxx.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=product
    I trying in same vendor account.

    Hello,
    This usually happens due to one of three issues:
    1. all of your site is not SSL. Install the plugin Really Simple SSL and see if that helps.
    2. A plugin conflict. Deactivate all plugins except woocommerce, wc vendors and wc vendors pro, and see if the upload works.
    3. you can reset the vendor and pending vendor roles. wp admin > woocommerce > system status > tools… RESET WC VENDORS ROLES

    Ok- thanks for sharing which plugin was causing a conflict. This will help other users who may have the same issue.
