NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi,
    I’ve installed the plugin and am testing it.
    I’m seeing the following error messages when I change things in the seller (vendor’s) Shop Settings page:
    header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/”my-user”/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors/classes/admin/class-vendor-admin-dashboard.php:86) in /home/”my-user”/public_html/wp-includes/option.php on line 787

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/”my-user”/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors/classes/admin/class-vendor-admin-dashboard.php:86) in /home/”my-user”/public_html/wp-includes/option.php on line 788

    Any idea what this refers to please? Thanks!

    It means a plugin that is installed on your site has extra whitespace in it somewhere and is causing problems. It would not be WC Vendors related. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce & WC Vendors. Does it still happen?

    Hello Ben,
    Thank you very much for your fantastic efforts to provide us with such a wonderful plugin.

    I am actually coming up with exactly same error. Can you please share how the above error was fixed? As you replied in some other post here that it wasn’t related to wc vendor but some other plugin was causing an error. Can you please help me with this?

    1) While saving anything from vendor dashboard, following error appears

    “information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/wedding/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors/classes/admin/class-vendor-admin-dashboard.php:86) in /home/wedding/public_html/wp-includes/option.php on line 787”

    2) I would like to setup offline payment (commission) to the vendors coz paypal is not supported in my country. Can we remove the condition of paypal email id being a mandatory field from vendor settings page ?

    Hi Divyanshu,

    Thanks, glad you’re getting good use out of WC Vendors.

    1.) It means a plugin that is installed on your site has extra whitespace in it somewhere and is causing problems. It would not be WC Vendors related. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce & WC Vendors. Does it still happen?

    2.) Sure. You’d want to edit the Vendor Dashboard templates for WC Vendors Free, or the Pro Dashboard templates for WC Vendors Pro. Specifically, just edit the PayPal template and comment out the part that shows the PayPal form fields. See the KnowledgeBase for articles on how to change the vendor templates.

    Also getting this error, I only have woocommerce and wcvendor installed.

    Thank you very much for your reply. It really feels great to receive such a prompt service 🙂

    I had tried to disable all plugins excep woocommerce and wc vendors but the error still exists. This site is under development mode so feel free to disable or change anything in the website.

    Thanks. So with that vendor account, how do I see this error you are referencing? WHat do I click to reproduce it? Give me full instructions. 🙂

    Hello Ben,

    While i was writing the instructions for you, i tried to saved the information in Shop Settings again and surprisingly the error is gone.

    I have no idea how the error was rectified automatically.
