If you deleted these orders without reversing the commissions, this can cause errors. We do have some checks built into the next version of Pro which should prevent most if not all of this.
In the meantime, please go to you database / PhpMyAdmin and find the pv_commissions table. Within that table, drop the lines which contain the order(s) you deleted without reversing the commission.
