    Please i would like to know what happened to my site this was the error was getting

    Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Vendors’ not found in /home3/u5v4n9c2/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors-pro/includes/class-wcvendors-pro-ratings-controller.php on line 803

    Hello,
    Are you running both WC Vendors (free) and WC Vendors Pro at the same time?
    It is required that you run both.
    If so, are you running the latest versions? There was a bug with the ratings table that was fixed for WC Vendors Pro 1.3.9. Make sure you have WC Vendors Pro 1.3.9 running, and if not, update to that version.

    Hello,
    You did not answer my question, nor did you provide your WooCommerce System Status with your topic (as requested when you started the topic), so I am working in the dark, here.
    I would like to help you, but I need some information.
    Are you still having the first issue you mentioned in this thread?

    Im sorry i dint answer your question.

    Yes I am running both the free and pro wcvendors plugins. I am running wcvendors 1.3.5. I cant update since i cant activate the pro wcvendors.

    Ahhh- yeah, that’s not good. You need to update.
    To manually update :
    1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
    2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/
    3. deactivate & delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info is stored in your database…)
    5. Immediately upload the new Pro version you downloaded from your my-account on here.
    6. Activate! ?

    Then I can help you with the license, if needed.

    Also, I still do need the WooCommerce system status and to know whether you are still having the same issue as originally posted.
    First- update to the latest Pro.

    Hi Anna i updated the pro version as you instructed now getting this Error

    WooCommerce not found.. WC Vendors Pro requires a minimum of WooCommerce v2.6.0.

    And its already installed.See below

    Hello,
    I am not sure why you would be getting that error if you have WooCommerce 2.6+ installed on your site.
    If those other plugins are causing an issue, then they should not be used.
    We truly rarely have any issues with our plugins working with most well-coded plugins, but occasionally there are conflicts.
    You have a lot going on on your site- a lot of heavy plugins adding a lot of functions to your site. 52 plugins is a lot to have active.
    Could you please try to just activate WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro- then slowly enable the rest of those plugins — first get your marketplace working.
