    Hi Ben,
Just purchased your WC Vendors Stripe plugin, installed and went through all the steps and docs to set it up. Connected a test vendor account ok but on the checkout page every time I enter the test card details (424242….. etc) I get the following error; Error: Please make sure your card details have been entered correctly and that your browser supports JavaScript. It’s really weird because I was using the woocommerce Stripe gateway and it was working fine, no problems at all. I installed yours & activated it, de-activated the woocommerce Stripe and get the error.

    Any ideas?

Make sure that when you login to Stripe with your main administrator account that it is also set to test mode, not live mode. Stripe is funky in that they have a test/live slider icon on the top of the Stripe dashboard. That must also match your WooCommerce checkbox for live/test mode, too.

    Cheers

    Hi Ben,

I’ve made sure Stripe is set to test mode both at Stripe dashboard and in Woocommerce. All i did was deactivate woocommerce stripe, enabled your own and then connected a test vendor to Stripe which came back as approved and connected. As I said Stripe was working no problem as a standalone payment method in the checkout, just get this error with WC Vendors Stripe.

    Thanks.
    David.

    Hi David,

Do Thanks. Do you see any console errors when inspecting the page?

    Hi Ben,

don’t know what’s going on! Get following error message in console, refering to a woocommerce plugin, address validation, that’s installed. Why would this be occuring now when it didn’t before I changed Stripe? I disabled the plugin but still getting error.

    Thanks Ben.

It hates you! Ha, just kidding. 🙂

I’m unable to load that image, looks like a coming soon plugin is preventing me from seeing the site. Let’s try disabling all plugins, except WooCommerce and WC Vendors Free, Pro & Stripe, and give it a test. Let me know how that goes

    Hi Ben,

Looks like a dodgy plugin that for some reason doesn’t like your version of Stripe ;-). Guess now it’s trial & error to find the little f£$%er!

Thanks a lot for all your help.

    Regards.
    David

    Hey guys,

I am having the same issue. I disabled a number of plug-ins, and it worked. Now, it’s time to find the plug-in and see what I can do to work around this.

Update: I had to disabled another Stripe checkout plug-in I had in order for this to work.

Yea, you cant use Stripe twice on the same site. Their API only works once. 🙂
