NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    when installing the 1.0.5
    i put my Key and email for my license its saying i exceeded maximum activation.

    See the text that says “If you’re having problems click this link”? Click it. 😉 Reset your activations on that page.

    You can reset your activations on the My Account page. I’ve done it for you, you should be good to go now.

    I have the same problem about my license key and I cannot see that page where say reset activation.

    Any help?

    I have deactivated the key on our end; please try now again to activate it on your current website.
    If you have any further issues with this, please let me know.

    Hello,
    Jamie is working out a few bugs with the new licensing system– hopefully this will not occur after he updates; but if it does- let me know and I can help form this end, or generate a new key for the new licensing system if needed.

    I have the same problem too. I cannot reset it because activation column said 0/1.

    I have deleted the activation in both of your accounts in our admin. If you could go to:
    https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
    And get your key and attempt to activate it again.
    Let me know if you have further issues.
