NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello @ben and @fervous. I had to reinstall wp to finish my work and now it tells me Exceeded maximum number of activations when I want to activate my wc pro. I have already tried to deactivate and re-activate the license but without success.Checking back at my account, there is no license active 0 out of 1.

    Hi Iman
    i had this same issue last week.
    what i did is reinstall the wc vendor pro plugin, check the deactivate option of the plugin in settings
    so it deactivates from wp.
    then you go to wc vendor login click on remove activation from your website.
    finally switch off the deactivate option, type the license code there and it will get reactivated !!

    Iman,
    I have gone and deleted the key activation on our end. It was still showing as activated.
    Try now going to your account here, downloads and activating the key again on your site: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/

    If you are unable to activate the key, let me know.

    I’m having the exact same issue after restoring my site after it crashed.

    O/1 activations in my account, but I cannot activate due to “exceeds number of activations” error in my dashboard.

    Please help. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling WCV Pro.

    Ok Charissa, I just deleted your activation on our end; please try and activate your license on your site now (wp admin > settings > WC Vendors License)
