hello , when I’m trying to activate my pro i get “Exceeded maximum number of activations. ” and i cannot deactivate it from my account setting . any advice ?

I have deleted your current Pro license activation.
In the future, you should be able to go to your account here > downloads https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/ and delete the activation and then reactivate it on your site. You can only have Pro activated on one site.That’s a WordPress warning, not a warning from WC Vendors or WC Vendors Pro. The ‘remove’ button does not remove the license from the current domain it’s under. I tried pressing it a few times and nothing occurs. Can someone please help me. Thank you.
thanks ben , but i don’t think it is an only a warring message as i also cannot install any plugin from wordpress repository unless I disable wcvendor-pro plugin

At this time I cannot remove it either.
The method we have in our system for the new license keys is also not allowing me to remove the activation.
I will bring this to the attention of my team so we can work on this issue. I have a few others right now with which this is occurring.For now you can still upload & install and use WC Vendors Pro normally- it will still function.

using the @ mention name ( @Karen @fervous ) just gives a greater chance that the person will receive an email- especially if they are not the original poster of the topic. However, I receive multiple notifications each time a thread is posted or responded to- so yo can use it if you wish for me, but I’ll get a notification either way. 😉@fervous Thank you for all of your help !
