NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,

    I recently bought WC Vendors Pro and was using it on Storyella.com. I erased the site today because I needed to start fresh. After setting up the same url but fresh site, I went to activate my license and it says I’ve exceeded the limit. Could you please help me? It’s the exact same url I was using before, only a fresh site. Thank you so much. Please let me know if you need anything else from me.

    Hi Laurali,

    Any time this happens you can go to http://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/ to deactivate the license key. Then, simply re-activate it in your wp-admin on your live website.
