For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

If you are a WC Vendors Pro customer please open a support ticket here.

If you are a WC Vendors user please open a support ticket on the Wordpress.org forums.

    Hi All,

    See attached. When checking out, when prompted to enter the credit card exp. date, there’s a box with a downward facing arrow where the shopper is prompted to select the “MONTH” for the credit card exp. date. This box has no functionality, while the box for “YEAR” triggers a drop down selection.

    How can I fix the first box?

    Or better yet, wouldn’t it make more sense for both boxes to trigger a drop down selection, and for the blank space to allow for a text entry?

    See attached picture for more detail.

    Thank you!

    Hello,
    Yes, I see that unless you click on the MONTH it does not work- the arrow is useless.
    Please let BuddyBoss know that this is not working properly.

    Thanks Anna – my apologies. Wasn’t sure if this was WC Vendors or BuddyBoss. I passed along to BuddyBoss support. I’ll report back with any useful information!

    I was told to add the following to the Custom CSS, and it fixed it for me, if anyone else needs it:

    .woocommerce #payment .form-row select, .woocommerce-page #payment .form-row select {

         width: 100% !important;

    }
