NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

If you are a WC Vendors Pro customer please open a support ticket here.

If you are a WC Vendors user please open a support ticket on the Wordpress.org forums.

The information on this forum is outdated and in most instances no longer relevant. Please be sure to check our documentation for the most up to date information.

Thank you to all of our customers!

    Hello Anna, how are you?

We follow his tip on the subject, we find the theme very cool and we will be doing the installation of it in our server. But we have some doubts, I would like to clarify them with you:
What is the best way to install this theme?
Since we want to make as little impact as possible to our users, then we’ve created a testing environment for it. We backed up the database that is in the main domain and installed it in the test environment. What are the database tables that contain product and vendor information so that we can leave this information intact and not compromise users’ records?
If you get me those doubts it will help a lot in this transition.

I am not sure which theme you are using…
the user data is stored in the usermeta table.
WC Vendors & WC Vendors Pro adds the pv_commissions & wcv_feedback tables.
Other info would be stored in the WooCommerce tables.
