    Hello!

We would like to ask about WC Vendors features, if it could be our next solution as a marketplace with WordPress and Woocommerce.

    Especially we would need:

    1. Integration to local payment gateway for example https://www.paytrail.com/
    2. Integration to local shipment company and automated tracking system
    3. Shopping cart and multi-seller transactions (purchase from one or multiple sellers in one transaction)
    4. Commission is charged automatically per sale and automatically moved to admins account
    5. Sales and revenue transforms automatically and straight from the seller´s account to buyer´s account
    6. Charging the same or different commission from different sellers per product/service sold
    7. Possibility to buy without registering
    8. Possibility to show different prices to different customers so we could have wholesale and customer sales in one and same marketplace
    9. Sellers can register, create account, add products and manage orders, sales, shipment and payments easily and independently
    10. Sellers can communicate inside the marketplace
    11. Admins have full access and possibility to manage all accounts, users and information
    12. Categories and search
    13. Compulsory fields when creating product page and adding product information
    14. Different product/services types and criteria
    15. Invoices and recipes from seller to buyer
    16. Possibility to review sellers and buyer
    17. Multilingual

Could you help us find answers, if WC Vendors meets our needs as the multivendor marketplace.

    Thanks!

    Hello Forest,
    1. You can use whatever WooCommerce compatible payment gateway you wish to collect customer payments. However, if you wish to pay your vendors their commissions at checkout, at this time your choices are PayPal Adaptive Payments (included, you just need to apply with paypal for the adaptive account credentials) , Stripe if you also use our Stripe Commissions & Gateway Plugin https://www.wcvendors.com/product/stripe-commissions-gateway/, or I believe there is a MangoPay integration also.. but we did not build that one.

    2. No- we have Vendor Shipping in WC Vendors Pro, but it is not connected with automatic tracking or a specific shipping company. You can, however, enter tracking numbers that are emailed to the customer.

    3. Yes

    4. Charged automatically- yes. Moved to vendor account— see answer #1.

    5. somewhat? If you use PayPal Adaptive payments you can transfer funds to the vendor;s account on schedules. Otherwise, the other answers in #1 would apply

    6. You set a default commission rate in admin, but then this rate can be adjusted on a per product and/or per vendor basis, yes.

    7. Yes

    8. I think some of the WooCommerce role-based price dependent plugins do work with WC Vendors. If not, could likely be coded in if you have php knowledge. This is not built-in to WC Vendors.

    9. Yes

    10. You can use buddypress for this. This is not built into WC Vendors.

    11. Yes

    12. For WooCommerce, yes. For with stores– not yet. But there are a few themes that have this feature… BuddyBoss Social Marketplace and ReHub : Vendor

    13. WC Vendors free will direct the vendors to the regular WooCommerce add/edit product form and page. WC Vendors Pro has fully front-end product and orders management, with fields for adding products. There are filters and templates to modify these as well, if you need to do so. But only in WC Vendors Pro. WC Vendors free is the WooCommerce product page.

    14. You have the product types standard with WooCommerce (simple, virtual, downloadable). We are also integrated with the WooCommerce Simple Auctions plugin by WP Genie for auction products. Bookings is coming as soon as we are finished with that integration, so there will be that, too- at least for Pro.

    15. Customers receive an email receipt; other more advanced invoicing or receipts would require customization on your part.

    16. Vendor ratings/feedback is a feature in WC Vendors Pro only. Otherwise, just the WooCommerce product reviews for WC Vendors free.

    17. We have language files for WC Vendors free & Pro. https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/language-support/
