NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    this is the error i get when trying to load a featured image on a vendor page “no permission

    It’s another plugin that is overriding the vendor role not allowing them to upload pictures. Disable plugins one at a time till you find the culprit! If you have WP User Avatar installed, that will for sure be the bad plugin.

    i deactivated Wp avatar but im back having that same problem with cant upload images or upload downloadable products

    Did you disable ALL plugins except Woo & WCV? Follow standard diagnostic procedures. No minute by minute update required. Deactivate all plugins except Woo & WCV. Switch to Storefront. Does it work? If yes, then it’s a theme or plugin conflict.
