NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi, Guys.
    I’m still got a upload issue.

    When I try to upload an featured image for add product, select an image to upload then select the “set produt featured image” button.

    Upload Failed!: Not showing image. (Add product gallery images work fine)

    I’m definitely stuck. Thanks in advance for any help.

    YAY! I just solved the problem!!!!
    If anyone is having the same problem, please make sure with your host that GD library is installed.

    Wow, surprised there’s still a webhost left out there that *doesnt* have GD installed. It’s basically required these days for most sites. 🙂
