    Hi there,

I created 100% discount coupons (as admin) for a vendor, but vendor is still receiving the full commission (without discount applied).

After looking through the forums here I have come to see that the normal/admin created coupons don’t work with WC vendors, we have to use coupons created through the WC vendors software instead. That’s fine, I know for future, but what would be the best way to go about recalculating the commissions now?

    Thanks for your help,

    Adam

Actually I’ve also done manual order entries for some complimentary sales, and the vendor is still receiving all their commission (rather than commission calculated from the sale amount, in this case zero).

Coupon or not, this doesn’t seem right =/
