NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi Ben,

    I’ve tried setting up a free shipping coupon for a vendor on the pro dashboard. When I save the coupon the tick box for Free Shipping un-ticks itself.
    Now we are not using the Pro Vendor Shipping as it lacked some of the requirements that we have for shipping. We will be looking forward to using the vendor shipping when its got the features that we need but in the mean time we’re not using it.
    I’m guessing that potentially this may be the problem and its causing a conflict somewhere.
    I there something I can do to resolve this or maybe this is not the problem and I’m just doing something wrong. Please advise.

    Hi Cathy,

    This was a bug we knew about, of which Jamie has fixed for when v1.2.3 of Pro is released shortly here….

    Hi Ben,
    I noticed that there was an update on pro at the start of the month, does it include the fix my this free shipping coupon

    Also does in include the adding of additional information to the order details on the pro dashboard for vendors

    If it does my developer has asked is it possible to find out what files in the update that need to be updated

    Hi Cathy,

    You need to clean your glasses. 🙂 I said it’s fixed for v1.2.3, you’re running v1.2.2. v1.2.3 is not released yet 🙂 🙂 It will be in a few days!

    Sometimes we can send you the fixes right away, but in this case, it wasn’t an easy one it required a lot of code changes to multiple files.

    I see that you’ve release v 1.2.3.
    Is the fix for the free shipping coupon included in this and also are the additional details for the order info in this one too
    If they are would it be possible to let me know what files from the update we would need

    Hi Cathy,

    You’d update the entire plugin, of course! Never update just parts of it. Always update the entire plugin.
