NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Is there a tutorial available on how to set free shipping if a minimum order value is reached.
    I am not seeing this option available.
    Is there a test/demo site available?
    I am using OneSocial Marketplace. Maybe their template doesn’t have these fields available?

    Would you please share your WooCommerce system status?
    You need to be updated to
    WC Vendors v 1.9.11
    WC Vendors Pro v1.4.3
    and also updated to the latest version of the OneSocial and BuddyBoss Marketplace
    Then you should be able to view the new shipping fields.

    Hi Anna:
    Thanks for getting back to me.
    I noticed in my settings that the WC Vendors Pro Template Overrides were in conflict.
    I merged my changes into the new template versions and I can now see the fields.
