    Hello support,

    After the last updates, I was very happy to give the option to vendors to offer free delivery if a minimum order value is reached. Unfortunately is not working (not sure if I am doing something wrong) as I expected. Actually it doesn’t work at all.
    Example:
    -Vendor wants to offer free delivery for orders over £13.
    At store level the settings are as follows:
    -In vendor dashboard / free shipping order and free shipping product I entered 13 (any order over £13 qualifies for free delivery)
    -default national delivery fee is £3.20
    -the minimum shipping charged per order is 0
    -maximum shipping charged per order is £5.50

    1. When logging in as a customer, I add to basket 10 items of the same product giving me a value of £18. When I go to checkout I can see the default delivery fee of £3.20. Considering the order value is over £13, the delivery should be free or I am wrong?

    2. When I add another 10 items from the same vendor (but different product) to the basket the total value of delivery is going up to £5.50 (maximum shipping charged per order). Again: If the total order value is over £13, my delivery should be free or not.

    I tried to find a similar issue on the forum, but I couldn’t. Can you please let me know your thoughts about the above and let me know if you need more details or if I am doing something wrong.

    Many thanks
    Stefan

    I will do some more testing for this issue- this has been brought up a few times now by some other users, although I have not been able to replicate this so far in my testing on my dev site.
    I will continue testing to see if I can make this occur so I can open an issue if this seems to be persistent.

    Int he meantime– you do have one outdated template that is overridden:

    Overrides: onesocial-child/wc-vendors/dashboard/product-edit.php version 1.3.2 is out of date. The core version is 1.3.10

    This likely has NOTHING to do with this issue- but I wanted to let you know so you do not have any other problems.

    Hi Anna,
    Thanks for your quick reply. I can send you the vendor login credentials and you can test it on my website if it’s easier. I am about to launch the website and this feature is quite important for me 🙁
    Thanks for pointing the outdated template. Ive seen it yesterday and will update it soon.

    Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Cheers
    Stefan

    Hi Stefan,

    It seems to work better if
    Default National Shipping Fee
    The default shipping fee within your country, this can be overridden on a per product basis.

    is set to 1 instead of the default value.
    I’ll continue to make tests,

    Cheers,

    @fervous,

    Dear Anna,

    When I am adding a new shipping zone for example :
    “Shipping Zones – My Country – Local Pickup” to allow a customer to Pick up its delivery directly to the vendor, then “Vendor Shipping” is removed from the available shipping methods.

    This was working with previous versions.

    Can you help please ?

    Cheers,

    @Marc-Bovet,
    Thanks for your suggestion, but this doesn’t work for me…

    Anna,
    When I accessed the vendor dashboard / settings / delivery the settings for “Free shipping order” and “free shipping product” are not there anymore (I have 0 everywhere).
    I hope we can fix this issue and the coupons issue soon 🙁

    Please let me know when you have some news for me.

    Thanks
    Stefan

    Hi Stefan,

    Do you have some shipping zones with shipping methods set in Woocommerce ?
    Woocommerce – Settings – Shipping – Shipping zones

    @marc-bovet
    I didn’t set any shipping zones in Woocommerce. Is this the reason why I might have issues?

    Hi Anna,

    I hope you’re fine. I was wondering if you managed to login on our website or perhaps managed to replicate the issue on your dev website.
    Any updates on this would be much appreciated.

    Thanks
    Stefan
