NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    WooCommerce – Settings – Shipping – Vendor Shipping

    Added $1.90 to
    Maximum shipping charged (per vendor)

    Added $29.99 to
    Free shipping order (per vendor)

    Added these 2 values to overall shop for shipping. Not working when check out.
    Works only when I enter the same value vendor by vendor inside the respective vendor’s pro dashboard.

    Please advise. Would like to set these values storewide. Thanks!

    Do your vendors have any rates set in their stores for Vendor Shipping? Or are you only using the admin settings?

    Thanks for your reply! The vendors have no rates under their Vendor Shipping.
    (Do check attached screenshot)

    Rates are only entered on the Admin side.

    Hi Anna,

    Can I have an update for this? This is a function for the theme but it is not working.
    In the meantime, is it too much to ask if there’s a way we can get a refund for the plugin? As it is unable to do what we required.

    Could you please tell me- if a vendor sets a shipping rate for “free shipping over $x amount” in their dashboard, does this work properly at checkout when more than $x amount is ordered from that vendor?

    I would like to know if this is only happening on your site when using the admin settings for shipping.

    Hi Anna,

    YES, if the vendor set the shipping rate (free shipping over $x amount) on their own dashboard, it will work properly at checkout.

    However it does not work when the Admin set it on the main settings section. Thanks!

    Ok- thank you very much for letting me know.
    I will do some further testing, and if I find that the “Free Shipping over $x amount” settings are not working properly in admin, I will submit an issue so we can investigate, isolate the issue and fix this for a future update.
