NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    If a vendor sets up a store and offers free shipping for all products or free shipping for an individual product. I get the following when i look on the product page under the shipping tag.
    Shipping Details

    Shipping from : United Kingdom (UK)

    No shipping rates are available for this product.

    When i go to cart the following
    “i get Shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided your address.”

    In checkout i get “There are no shipping methods available. Please check your address or contact us if you need any help.” Shipping works if i enter a figure eg £4 but if i offer free shipping it doesnt display

    Hello,
    Are you using Vendor Shipping for the Free shipping, or are you using the WooCommerce free shipping?
