Hi Martin!
If you are looking to add city/states or even zip codes to the vendor shop settings, you can use this code and customize it so that you can add the new fields:
https://www.wcvendors.com/knowledgebase/custom-fields-to-shop-settings-page/
It will save the data to the user meta so you can query it using get_user_meta().
