NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello Samuel,
    Please describe what occurs when you try to update.
    Is the download process not working? Or are you having an issue when you try to upload the Pro zip file to your website? Or is it not able to be activated? Please describe the issue in detail so I can help you. I had to edit the first post for privacy because the link contained your license key.

    I already have the pro version but the upgrade to the current version is not working. it just doesn’t work.

    When you try to upload the new WC Vendors Pro 1.4.1, what occurs?

    Hi Anna , I have attached a screen shot of the Error that I get when I try uploading

    Please kindly have a look and resolve this issue as i cannot progress with and further updates on my shop.

    Please check your payment status for this order- it is showing that your payment is on-hold. therefore, your license for Pro is not valid..

    Hi payent status for this order has already been completed and money taken from my account, there was a duplicated order made on my paypal account which prompted a resolution on it but it has been cleared so please look into it i have attached evidence of it who can i contact or call because you have already debited my account the money.

    The only Pro purchase I see from your account is showing the payment now on our end as ON HOLD.
    Please research this with PayPal- as that means we do NOT have the funds from this transaction.
    Please contact PayPal and see what has happened with your payment because we do not have payment for this product at this time.

    Please find below email from Paypal, I contacted paypal over the weekend and they have advised me that they have closed the issue and proceeded to make payment to your account. a copy of this email should be sent to you.
