Hi! so i was just testing my site for errors and i came up with one that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to attach files to this post.” When my Vendors try to upload their picture, the only way they can get their Store Icon/Avatar is from the Backend

This happens usually due to one of several reasons.. since you are not using SSL, I’ll skip those debugging steps.

Looking at your wc system status, I’d recommend that you start by deactivating these two plugins:

Simple Local Avatars: by Jake Goldman
    10up – 2.0

WP User Avatar: by flippercode – 2.0.8

Now test by logging in as a vendor and trying to upload your banner and icon. If that does not resolve the issue, deactivate all plugins except woocommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors pro- then test. If it persists, then switch to the Storefront theme, and test again. https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/

Let me know if any of these steps help isolate the issue.
