NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Congratulations on your pro launch guys!!!

    Have been waiting a while and it looks amazing!!!

    However 🙂 🙂 🙂

    My site sells clothing … therefore I have different sizes and need to use variable products.

    So unfortunate we currently can’t use variable products and pro … please can you advise when you will resolve the problem with Woocommerce recently changing of variable products so we can use the pro version.

    A guide date would be very helpful.

    Hi Paul,

    Variable Products are a trick son-of-a…….. 😉 Jamie is working on that as soon as the shipping module is completed as we know it’s a high priority for everyone. We’ll get it!

    You can edit the Pro Dashboard for now to have people add products from the back-end of the site, and still use all other Pro features for now.

    Hi Ben,

    Thank you … that’s great … we def need variables to work:) I think we only need to add sizes and colors for clothing.

    1, What would I need to do to edit the pro dashboard for now?

    2, Is woocommerce per product shipping supported?

    Hi Paul,

    1.) Just edit the templates. The Pro Setup guide in the KB show you what templates do what in there…….

    2.) Yes, through the back end. We still need to integrate PPS on the front end, although I’m not sure if we actually will because our shipping module will essentially replace the need for PPS even being installed in the first place.

    Hi Ben,

    Thank you for your reply … when you say just edit the templates … does that involve coding? I hope not because I can’t code 🙂

    Lots of us WCV variable product users can’t code and have been waiting for Pro for many months and the first we knew that we couldn’t use pro was on launch day … would it be possible for you and Jamie to set up pro so that we can still use pros new features and use the backend for variable products until you fix the variable problem?

    Re per product shipping … I have my shipping setup so that vendors charge customers a flat fee for domestic and a flat fee for International. If you do not use per product shipping will I be able to setup the same with pro?

    OMG im sure you guys are beyond crazy at the moment with launch … am seeing that most people love pro which is amazing! 🙂

    Pro’s next feature update will have the shipping module in it. 🙂

    As for variable, yes, you can still access the add product page on the wp-admin screen, you just have to add a link to it on your Pro Dashboard template. 🙂

    I have decided to wait until variable products will work in the front end with pro.

    Just to clarify … please can you advise if the new pro shipping module will allow vendors to be able to set a flat fee for domestic and a flat fee for International shipping.

    Hi Paul,

    Yes, they will indeed be able to set a flat fee for domestic shipping (which goes by either the VENDORS Country, or the SHOPS Country, you can choose which in the admin panel) or for International shipping.

    Hi support,

    Hope you are both fine 🙂

    At the very beginning of October we were told variable products would be around 30 days to be supported on WC Vendors.

    We are now past 30 days 🙂 Hopefully you are both close to supporting variable products so we can buy and use the amazing Pro? 🙂

    We’re still working on the shipping module for v1.1.0. We havent even begun on variations. No updated ETA, other than it’s next on our todo list.

    I’ve let the BuddyBoss theme guys know their font sizes arent inheriting for the title or the body selection. We’ll have that patched up soon as they update. 🙂
