Hi! I need help with the settings for a vendor’s store link

    It happened while using 1.0.2.

    Vender created an account.
I got excited and set them up as a vendor without them going through the “application/becoming a Pending Vendor” process.
Now I have set up the settings in their “Vendor Store” set up properly – both with the name of the store and with the URL.
Have tried simply resetting permalinks, but still the “View Store” link leads to the correct url but it is not populated with her products – it just leads to the normal product archive page.
A link for “Visit Store” in her buddypress profile leads to a page with her products on it, however it is not in the Vendor Stores list in the back end at ALL.
A subsequent vendor signed up and we did it properly and it all worked fine.
So I am convinced the system is working properly however I can’t figure out for the life of me how to fix it all for this vendor. I have even looked in the database and I can’t find where the details might be stored for me to fix it.
I will give some links in a private message next…

Her Buddypress profile with the link to her store – http://www.southerncrossembroidery.com/members/lyn-mckinnon/

The link IN her buddypress profile – http://www.southerncrossembroidery.com/designer/Lyn%20McKinnon/

The link provided for her store in the backend – http://www.southerncrossembroidery.com/designer/u-and-i-unique-embroidery-and-art/

And it’s “U and I Unique Embroidery and Art” that is in her “Store Name” box in Dashboard->Setting-. page.

    Any ideas would be great!

And the store headers still aren’t working either but I might reply to a different thread on this issue.

I JUST beat you to it – this is what I did (in case others have the same issue)

I told her not to log into the website while I fixed it.
I changed her role BACK to customer.
I put all her products under another use name (mine for now).
    I deleted her Vendor Store.
I used the plugin User-Switching to switch to ME using her account.
I applied for a vendor account we should have done right from the start – her role became a Pending Vendor.
I the approved the vendor account in the backend as I should have in the start.
I then fixed her shop name and url.
I assigned her products back to her.

    AND

    FIXED!!
