I have installed Royal Mail for the shipping however the option for the default shipping is displayed. I have set the default to zero but if a buyer selects that option then the cost becomes zero. How do I remove the shipping option so that only Royal Mail is selectable. Also under product description, shipping in the shop it shows:

Shipping from : United Kingdom (UK)
No shipping rates are available for this product.

whereas the shipping rates are as per Royal Mail. How can this be changed?

    Hello,
I do not know what shipping method you are using…. the only one that will allow vendors to set rates, as well as submit the shipping funds to the vendor at checkout is our Vendor Shipping.
If you are not using Vendor Shipping so the vendors can select their shipping rates in their dashboard > settings > shipping..
Then you need to be sure that is disabled in the WooCommerce Shipping settings.
wp admin > woocommerce > settings > shipping > vendor shipping

    Hi

I was hoping to use the WooCommerce Royal Mail shipping which calculates shipping according to the weight and chosen delivery, second class, first class, next day etc.. As the weight increases so does the cost. Is there anyway to do this with your Vendor Shipping even if its only on the weight?

    Regards

    Steve

    Steve,
    No, not at this time.
Currently, using any other shipping configuration other than what we have available in our Vendors Shipping (Flat Rate or Country Table Rate) will only calculate shipping based on the entire cart– therefore not adjusting or submitting the funds to the vendors at checkout. It is calculating based upon the WooCommerce Cart (all products together regardless of vendor(s) ) instead of the individual vendor products.
Our Vendors Shipping calculates as the commissions does- per product. This allows the shipping funds to be calculated and sent or allocated to the appropriate vendor at checkout.
