NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Will you please reset my activation count one more time. I had to migrate my web hosting to another company.
    Also, I can not locate the button to reset the activation under “my account.” Will you please include a screenshot?

    Gokhan,
    I’m not able to get a screenshot since I do not have a license – but it should be on this page: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
    Also you should have an option to delete the license on your site when you visit: wp admin > settings > wc vendors pro license

    I have deleted your current activation so you should be able to activate it again on your website now.
