NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I have version 1.2.2 of wc vendors pro. I do not see a link to upgeade to the latest version, how can I upgrade manually?

    Hello,
    To manually update Pro:
    1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
    2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
    3. deactivate & then delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info/settings are stored in your database….)
    5. Immediately upload the new Pro version zip you downloaded from my-account.
    6. Activate! ?

    Thank you, in my wordpress dashboard, it says licence key deactivated. If you are having any problems with activation, please visit your my account page to reset your activation. I went to my account page but did not see an option to do that.

    The plugin appears to be working fine by the way.

    so is the upgrade free or do I have to purchase it.

    Could you let me know what your original email /address/ name anything was when you ordered Pro?
    I am not sure if your license is still valid, as I do not know when you purchased Pro.
    Licenses are valid for one year- 1 year of support and updates.
    The email you are using right now does not have any orders here attached to it.

    Please private reply that info and I can find out if your license has expired.

    the email I used is admin@alaredo.com

    It say’s it’s expired, so I can’t upgrade to the latest version then?

    Ahh I found it.. you had used this email when ordering: ablanco@alaredo.com
    That’s correct- your year license for Pro expired in February. So if you would like to continue to receive support and updates for WC Vendors Pro, you will need to purchase Pro again to renew your license.
