    Hi Ben,

I can not figure when a normal user is logged on how can he access to apply to be a vendor and read and accept the terms and conditions.

    Appreciate your help.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Elsa,

/dashboard/ is where they go if they are already logged in

/my-account/ or /dashboard/ is where they go if they are not logged in

Come to think of it, though, I dont believe the terms & conditions page comes up on /dashboard/ if they are already logged in, if you find that to be the case too, let me know and I’ll add an issue for that to get that added to the default templates.

    Cheers

    Hi Ben,

This is only related to the existing users (customers).

/dashboard/ is where they go if they are already logged in
    – How do they read and accept the terms and conditions? 🙁

/my-account/ or /dashboard/ is where they go if they are not logged in
    – In this case when he clicks on /dashboard/ goes to /my-account/ 🙁
    – On /my-account/ he must login and can not check to apply to be a vendor and read and accept the terms and conditions 🙁

It seems there’s here a labyrinth with no way out! 🙂

Aah. I see what the issue is. wp-admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts > [X] Enable Registration on the My account Page. Fixed! 🙂

    Hi Ben,

The Registration on the My account Page is and was always enable!

So, basically, you’re saying you want the terms and conditions on the /dashboard/ page since they don’t exist. Gotcha. 🙂 I’ll have Jamie code that into the next release of Pro’s templates. 🙂 Thanks Elsa!

I appreciate your decision, since we must have the same logical for new and existant users.

    Hi Ben,

Once again I’m returning to this subject as I can not see any updates related to my request from 8 months ago.

Registered users (excluding vendors) who have not made any purchase, have not had the opportunity to be required to read and accept the terms and conditions.
I think this is important since a registered normal user may wish to become a vendor and must be confronted with the terms and conditions.

I hope you can code that into the next release.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

It is difficult to understand the behavior of your support regarding the time you take to answer my questions, which is not the first time it happens.

And the harder it becomes to understand when I find your support is responding to other tickets more recently than mines.

I think I deserve the same treatment as the other clients.

So I’m waiting for your fast and efficient support.

    Regards

    Elsa,

    Elsa,

    Elsa,
I needed to do some research to answer your questions. Thanks for your patience.

I do not see that this was addressed; I will notify my team of this requested improvement – although I believe this would require changing the WooCOmmerce login so I am not certian if this can be done. I’ll see what I can get answer about this feature.

    Hi Anna,

I think it is obvious that the procedure for existing users who want to become vendors should be the same as that currently available.

I thank you for informing me if this can be done or not.

    Regards
